• $150 entry fee per person

• Registration and payment will be collected online; must register and pay prior to 7:00am on Saturday, September 11

• Fishing starts at 7:30am; ends at 1:30pm

• Boaters or shore anglers are welcome 

• This is a largest fish tournament; competitive only with the same species

• Weigh-in to be located at the East Leoti Cove Boat Dock

Optional Add-On

New to this year’s event!

A two-person team Player’s Pool where you can bet on yourself and a chosen teammate to win the HIGHEST CUMULATIVE FISH WEIGHT of the day - and 50% of the pot!

• This includes all species in each period.

• Same weigh-in rules apply as per the regular tournament.

  • Only one fish per species per period can be weighed in.

• The cost is $200 per team ($100 charged to each participant).

• Players and teams must be committed and paid before 7:30am on Saturday, September 11.

• Pay-out is 50% of funds raised; remaining 50% stays with the organization.

Species Clarifications

Bass

• Largemouth, Smallmouth, or Kentucky Spotted

• Minimum length is 15”

Saugeye/Walleye

• Either saugeye or walleye qualifies  

• Minimum length is 18”

Wiper

• There is no minimum length

Ways to Win

• Per species, prizes are awarded to 1st – 5th places

• Per “flight” (each flight is two hours), prizes are awarded to 1st – 3rd places per species

• Two bonus categories: largest fish caught by a female, and largest fish caught by a kid under 16 years of age

Rules

• Only one fish per person per species can be weighed each flight

• All fish weighed become property of the tournament

• Rod & reel only

• No fish will be weighed after 1:30pm

• No fishing lines allowed in the water before 7:30am

• Please don’t weigh in little fish; check the Live Leaderboard on the SSL Facebook page

• Live fish are encouraged; there will be a 2lb penalty on the weight of a non-living fish

• A life jacket must be worn at all times when a combustion motor is running

• Alcohol is not permitted during tournament hours
