Grants Given Totaling $74,625.13:

• Northwest Kansas Inmate Resource Council, Inc. received grants in 2015 and 2016 to convert the former Adventures restaurant into three affordable, separate living units as an extension of The Haven, a temporary residential facility for families of inmates at the Norton Correctional Facility. 

• Immanuel Lutheran Church received a grant in 2016 to resurface the parking lot with concrete for the safety of all visitors. 

• Redeemer Lutheran Church participated in the 2017 Norton County Community Foundation Match Day to support ongoing programs.

• United Parish of Lenora participated in the 2017 Norton County Community Foundation Match Day to support ongoing programs.

• Redeemer Lutheran Church participated in the 2018 Norton County Community Foundation Match Day to support ongoing programs.

• United Parish of Lenora participated in the 2018 Norton County Community Foundation Match Day to support ongoing programs.

• First United Methodist Church received a grant in 2018 to make necessary upgrades to their facility. 

• First United Methodist Church received a grant in 2018 to obtain a Worship Beyond Walls membership to provide faith-based materials to those in various locations. 

• Redeemer Lutheran Church received a grant in 2019 to replace doors at their facilities.
