About NCHS Alumni Association

The Norton Community High School (NCHS) Alumni Association was first established in 1998 by Dr. Richard Wiltfong, who organized volunteers to hold the first banquet get-together. Over the years, numerous reunions have been hosted. In addition to planning All Class Reunions, the group has always had a goal of providing a scholarship for continuing education to an NCHS Senior.  In 2018, available funds were deemed enough to start this scholarship fund. The current Board consists of President Reva Benien, Vice President Lisa Pasilas, Secretary (open), Acting Treasurer Camille Cox, and Board member Dr. Terry Crow.

About the NCHS Alumni Association Scholarship Fund

The NCHS Alumni Association established an endowed scholarship fund at NCCF in 2020. The fund's purpose is to award an annual scholarship to an NCHS Senior who is going on to further their education. "Our scholarship application review weighs heavily on financial need. We are also hopeful that the applicant chosen would consider coming back to Norton post-graduation; however, this is not a requirement of our scholarship." The Association has provided scholarships for the last 6 years and is hopeful to increase the amount awarded and eventually give more than one scholarship per year.

To date, scholarships have been awarded to:

  • Jessica Ambrosier (2018): $500

  • Ryan Lively (2019): $500

  • Carlie Voss (2020): $500

  • Addison Brooks (2021): $500

  • Coleton Frack (2022): $500

  • Collin Brooks (2023): $1,000

  • Tana Breiner (2024): $1,000
